Booking
  • I require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. 

 

Cancellations

 

  • I ask for 48 hour notice when needing to cancel an appointment, we send text notifications reminders with enough time to reschedule if need be. 

 

  • Cancellations made within a 48 hour period will result in a 50% charge of the service you were booked for.

 

  • No show cancellations will result in 100% charge of appointment booked.

       - If this occurs more then once there won’t be an option to book again. 

 

Running Late
  • Hey life happens, but if you’re going to be more then 15 minutes late I can not guarantee we can perform your entire service you were booked for. I can do what I can with the time allowed.

  •  

  • A 50% charge will apply if your appointment is missed or can’t be accommodated.
